CPC 2025 Annual Report
UX/UI Design · Project Management
Transforming a milestone report into a multi-platform digital experience that communicates impact and future vision.
An overview.
I led project management and UX/UI direction, shaping a cohesive narrative across digital, print, and campaign platforms.
As Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) approached its 50th anniversary, the annual report needed to function as more than a retrospective—it had to unify a complex organization, clarify its work across audiences, and reinforce its position in the housing and policy landscape.
My leadership & approach.
I guided the project from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders and translating a wide range of content into a cohesive, narrative-driven experience.
-

Strategic Framing
Helped position the report as both a reflection tool and forward-looking narrative.
-

Experience Design
Structured the report as a guided journey for multiple audiences, from policymakers to partners.
-

Information Clarity
Simplified complex financial, policy, and programmatic content into accessible formats.
-

Operational Leadership
Managed cross-functional teams, timelines, and decision-making across the project lifecycle.
My execution & impact.
The work focused on translating complex information into a cohesive, multi-platform experience, ensuring the report communicates clearly, engages diverse audiences, and extends its value beyond a single moment in time.

My perspective.
This project reflects my approach to large-scale communications: designing systems that don’t just present information, but help organizations tell clearer, more strategic stories.
